Gemma4.net provides private document review support workflows for teams handling contracts, finance materials, compliance documents, and internal reports. This is a review preparation and decision support service, not a substitute for regulated legal, accounting, or investment advice.

2. Engagement model

All review engagements begin by email to support@gemma4.net. Scope, fee, timeline, and file-sharing instructions are confirmed by email before work begins. No automated checkout or public file upload is used.

3. No regulated advice

Gemma4.net does not provide legal opinions, accounting opinions, tax advice, or investment recommendations. Outputs are review support materials intended to aid internal team preparation and decision-making.

4. Client responsibilities

Teams are responsible for providing accurate scope information, complete file sets, clear decision questions, and any handling or access constraints before the review begins.

5. Confidentiality

Shared materials are treated as confidential and used only for the scoped review engagement. Specific retention, deletion, or access instructions should be communicated during intake.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gemma4.net is not liable for decisions made based on review outputs. The service provides review support; the client retains full responsibility for all business, legal, and financial decisions.
